Order Modification Policy

In case you like to modify an order after you have placed it you can contact the us and we will help you in modifying your order. However, please note that order modification is only possible if the order has not been shipped.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you would like to remove one of the several products from your single order or cancel your order altogether, Cancellation process will depend on whether the product has been shipped by then or not.
I. Order Not Shipped - You can get in touch with us and we will help you in cancelling your order. Please have your order number ready with you when you call us for quick cancellation. If you have cancelled your enire order or a part of it, the amount that you paid to us for that cancelled full/part order will be refunded to your bank account and will reflect in 12-15 working days. You can also choose to have an equal amount of store credits deposited in your account.

II. Order Shipped but haven't been received - If your order has been shipped and you want to cancel it, get in touch with us first. We will advise you what you need to do when you receive the order and will refund the amount to you.

III. Order Shipped and received - return policy is applicable.

Return Policy

At Pankhoori we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. However, sometimes due to the nature of goods we are selling it could be that it doesn't match you expectations. As the products are mostly hand crafted and hand made a little anomalies in design etc may not be defects. In case you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then please get in touch with our Customer Service team for an appropriate resolution.

We will try our best to replace the product to your satisfaction and if that is not possible because of some operational constraint then we will provide full refund as per the requirement. In all such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with us and we will guide you on the process for the same.

And in case you have received your order with the outer packaging tampered/meddled, then please capture a snap of the same and share with us.

To make things fair for all of us and provide you with the benefits of the Return Policy, we adhere to below mention points.

  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being broken or tampered with by you.
  • We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely. We won't be able to entertain any damage/lost in Transit (For example:- If a complaint was raised for Wrong Product Delivery and the sent item got damaged in the transit then we will not be responsible for the damage and eventually may not be in a position of replacement for the original one as well).
